The workout tracker that keeps your focus on the lift, not the logistics.

Log sets in seconds with zero setup. Ask it to restructure your workout or fix your form without breaking your flow.

You're in. I'll be in touch. If you're up for a 15-minute chat about how you track your workouts today, just reply to the confirmation email — that's how this gets built right.

You've got 1 hour, 4 times a week, and you need to lock in.

But you're spending a lot of time juggling your workout.

What if one thing carried all of it (the logging, the math, the plan, the coaching) so you could just show up & lift?

Wednesday evening. You've got 30 minutes.

One session with Rep Rabbit, start to finish.

"I only have 30 minutes today"

Spend zero time managing your plan mid-session.

Rep Rabbit redrafts the day on the spot: compounds stay, isolation goes. Your program template stays untouched.

"overhead press 95 for 8, 8, then drop to 65 for 12"

Log a set in one sentence. Get back under the bar.

Drop sets, supersets, rest-pauses: one sentence covers all of it, no extra taps.

"What's proper form for bench press?"

Get coaching that already knows your program.

Ask about plateaus, injuries, or form. Rep Rabbit knows your program, so every answer fits.

Typing 'I only have 30 minutes today' into Rep Rabbit's capture bar over the session ledger Rep Rabbit's 30-min draft: compounds kept, Cable Fly and Lateral Raise cut, with Revert and Keep this buttons Typing 'overhead press 95 for 8, 8, then drop to 65 for 12' into the capture bar The drop set landed as one ledger line: Overhead Press 95 by 8, 8, then 65 by 12 Typing 'What's proper form for bench press?' into the capture bar mid-session Rep Rabbit's Coach card answering with bench press form cues over the same workout log
A note from the creator

I get 45 minutes in the gym, four days a week. That time is sacred to me.

The problem is there's so much homework: research, plan, adjust, track. For years I flipped through PDF plans, tracked in Apple Notes, and hit ChatGPT for questions & adjustments. It was too much.

Now I'm building what I actually wanted the whole time: show up, lock in, see progress, and offload the rest of the thinking in & out of the gym.

The short answers.

Will it lock me in if my session changes?
No. That's the point. Tell it what changed mid-session and keep going. Your program stays intact, and the day gets logged the way it actually went.
Will it build my program for me?
Not on day one. It assumes you already have a program you trust. Its job is to adapt it on the fly and coach you inside it. Building the program for you is where this is headed.
When can I use it?
TestFlight ETA is August 1st. Join and I'll reach out personally.
What does it cost?
Free during early access. What pricing looks like after that, if any, is TBD.
iPhone or Android?
iPhone only.
Is my data locked in?
No. Your training history is yours, forever.
